Had an amazing getaway with friends! The hotel was great for reconnecting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and perfect for outdoor activities. We enjoyed exploring nearby spots and dining with fantastic views. The staff was friendly, and the spa services were enjoyable, although slightly basic. Breakfast was solid, though we wished for more variety in the smaller dining room. Would definitely recommend!
We faced a bit of a hiccup during check-in, as the room we booked was occupied by the manager. We were reassigned, but it took some insistence to stay in the main accommodation. It could have been smoother.
